When it seemed to be Jason Todd, I was thinking “that’s pretty clever…I can see why he’d be a memorable villain”, but then it ended up being a ruse and it all went downhill from there.

You can blame H at The Comic Treadmill for Signal Man…I saw him in one of the Batman Family issues I picked up after reading the reviews at the Treadmill.
