It seems a certain unnamed hosting company neglected to re-register my domain which led to those lovely palm trees you may have seen this morning.

All fixed.

Oh, I have learned from experience that you can blog for months without any problem and then the week you host Grand Rounds the gremlins come out of the woodwork! LOL!
Yeah, I wanna know who your host is because I just renewed for two years and I wanna make sure it’s not the one I use! : )

It’s all YOUR fault that I got addicted!

You see, I came here on the reccomendation of a House MD discussion board for the reviews that you do…. and then I started reading your other posts… and then I subscribed to the RSS feed… and now you host Grand Rounds and not only did this lead to me subscribing to 4 more wonderful blogs, but I even submitted something for the next one!

I weaned myself off 200mcg/h of Fentanyl, but I fear that medical blogging is much more addicting (and that I will take far longer to become tolerant). It is a slippery slope here, and I am happy to have fallen down it *grin*.
