Insurance Woes

I see patients in the clinic all the time who are there to discuss abnormal findings on insurance exams (and the vast majority of the time these are nothing to worry about, just minor variations on labs that were never designed for use as screening tools). But it has gotten me to thinking…how would insurance exams look in a world of super-heroes?

Um, shouldn’t the good doc also hit under Body Mass…. sure it’s all muscle, but he’s still considerably over the chart-weight.

Ashtur,
Good point. According to the Marvel Directory, Doc Samson is 6′6″ and weighs 380 lbs. That gives him a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 43.9, well into the morbid obesity range.

Is calling him ‘Mr Sampson’ instead of ‘Dr Sampson’ a sign of a deep-seated contempt of psychoanalysis and its practitioners? I think we should be told.
Also, is Sampson a Freudian or a Jungian?
