Although I do recall one wierd bit in the Skrull canon... where the New Mutants encountered a bunch of Skrulls who had been locked into their forms at the time... as all Skrulls were in the MU at the time.... but these Skrulls had full Skrull intellect (about average human I imagine)</description>
