I think we have reached the point where Psychic Nosebleed Zen has become synonymous with brain damage. So now *any* internal effects automatically produce a nosebleed – the same way telepathy produces a butterfly halo around the eyes – regardless of how “psychic” the underlying cause actually is.

As the nation’s (world’s?) leading expert on PNZ, it is imperative that you take a stand againt nosebleed creep. All of these “quantumm explosions” and “telekinetic blenders” are merely attempts by less scrupulous members of the medical profession to try and capitalize on the fame of PNZ.
