In response to the first commenter, here is one of a number of sites that explains the sexual arousal/nosebleed connection in anime/manga. One personal favourite example of mine occurred in the series "Burn Up Excess". In one scene, all of the men inside a skyscraper were perving over images of girls on their various computer screens. Suddenly, we cut to outside the building, were we see that a whole building's worth of explosive nosebleeds have caused blood to literally shoot out of all of the windows in the building, flooding the streets outside.
