		<description>Many of the Legionnaires come from whole planets full of people with their superpowers (i.e. Phantom Girl, Shrinking Violet, Dream Girl, Saturn Girl - unlike Supergirl,  Kryptonians are rare, and Light Lass, Night Girl, who are unique). If you&#039;re going to dump radioactive toxic waste, an obscure outpost full of lots of people with the weakest superpower that qualifies, would seem to be the obvious choice.</description>
