I'm frankly amazed that Tammy's chronic lymphocytic leukemia caused by Agent Orange hasn't shown up yet, for example. But I'm confident the only way the Spon Plague or the Dreaded Lurgi will appear on House is if Stephen Fry shows up for a guest spot, and what are the chances of that?
