Lol. I agree that your family has a "strange metabolism". 5 or 6 sandwiches and I would have to lay down for several hours, at least.

I would say that I was a growing child, but I never really seemed to do much growing up or out at the time. It wasn't until after college when I was working at a desk for 8-9 hours a day and patronizing buffets 3 days of the week out of five that I started gaining weight. I lost all of that in my first semester of graduate school (30 lbs over the course of 5 months as best I can tell, went from 180 to 150), but have gained most of it back now that I'm back in a desk job. What can I say... my family has a strange metabolism.

If he got up with plenty of time to eat breakfast, then why does Buzzy have to wait?

I can kind of understand Danny's problems. When I was in high school, my metabolism was in such overdrive that even when I'd eaten heartily the night before, skipping breakfast meant I risked fainting from low blood sugar later in the day and my lunch typically consisted of 5-6 sandwiches and side vegetables and fruit. For good or for ill, it did slow down a bit as I got older, although recently, I'm back to the feeling hungry constantly. Heh... sure there's some medical condition which can account for problems like Danny's. Maybe he's diabetic?
