While it may not be an issue in this case, it’s not something that’s really addressed. Maybe it’s implicit that, with super strength/speed, they have super control over their abilities.
Also, if I recall my CPR correctly, you’re mostly using your body weight, rather than arm strength, to compress (arms should be straight).
So, I’d be more concerned about the Blob giving CPR than Cap.
