Glue? Water soluble glue? It's official Scott, you are the Evil Twin. (Good Bye.)

I was afraid when I first saw them - after that first moment of frisson while I cursed your name for not letting me think of it first - that it was done with paper. Nothing against your talent and drive, but that is just so wrong that Grant Morisson would agree with Chuck Dixon in condemning it.

If you are going to do Peeps, you have to respect the medium. You want to get some fondant, or if you don't want to have to explain the Wilson's bill to your wife, a simple icing of powdered sugar and milk will do. A small decorating tip, or even just a paper cone with a hole cut out the size of the eye. (I would go with the decorating tip, because you can get a flat one that is just right for J'onn'z bands.)

"Birds of Peeps" *must* be done, it is a moral imperative. But always remember, WWWD.

Very cool. Makes me think that next year I'll need to get some chocolate bunnies and modify 'em for a Hoppy the Marvel Bunny and Captain Carrot team-up.

I had planned more comic Peeps, including Hawk and Dove, "Birds of Peep" and a recreation of the cover of Crisis on Infinite Earths #7 -- but it took more effort than I expected to make the Justice League (for instance -- here's a hint -- don't use water soluble glue like Elmer's on Peeps as it dissolves the colored sugar and stains).

Maybe next year (because I ate the remaining Peeps in the house this morning)

I imagine I am not the only daily reader disappointed. I mean the justice peeps are cute, but I want to see the Polite Dissent All - Stars...Hawk and Dove, The Lois Lane Friday series (fat Lois, african American Lois, nurse Lois and easily duped Lois), and Dr. House peep complete with stubble, cane, and stunning lack of medical ethics.
