It would be cool if coming into contact with characters that he once drew with some kind of aplomb could fix whatever's ailing Liefeld, but I think he's way too far gone for that! One story I heard is that Liefeld drew the entire final issue on its side (so you'd have to flip the comic sideways to read it. Kesel and the editor on the book didn't ask for this, so Kesel had to move a bunch of panels around and massage it so it looked right.
