    What, you have never heard of (wait for it…) The Surgeon Generals?

    (If I am Superman, or even Lois Lane, I am not going to let any old Staff Sargent, or even a National Guard ducking Lieutenant operate on me, no sir! Surgeon Generals all the way, baby. And while we are at it, I want more five stars!)
