Franklin Richards does need to be included, due to his history with Power Pack as Tattletale. Not an alternative future thing, but mainstream Marvel continuity.

Nuklo ended up in a heroic role as part of the Penance Council, so he qualifies (son of the Whizzer and Miss America [Marvel]).

XS of the immediately previous Legion of Super-Heroes reboot had Dawn Allen of the Tornado Twins as her mother.

And per the John Byrne retcon of Hippolyta being the WWII Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman and her “mystical twin sister” Donna Troy are daughters of a superhero.

In the villain camp, Artemis is the daughter of Sportsmaster and Huntress I, who was heroic in Young All-Stars as Tigress.

I was also surprised at the lack of super-hero mothers when I was making the list. I’d count the Silk-Spectres as their relationship is a key point of Watchmen.

Um…seems like a short list. I wonder if the Father’s Day list will be much longer.

Would you count the Watchmen? Silk Spectre, mother of Silk Spectre II.
