He doesn't have time to explain himself. Or use prepositions... "The lack of RIGOR MORTIS combined with THE STINK OF THE CORPSE makes it obvious that HE'S BEEN DEAD AT LEAST THREE DAYS." This is what happens when you ship your sounding board off to prep school, and try to get by on just internal monologue. Suddenly you are building stealthed, super-power granting satellites and getting punked by 16 year-old girls. "This is Batman's Brain. This is Batman's Brain on angst..."
