    IIRC, they had to activly try to convince the powerst that be to geth permission to use those condums in the Outsiders.

    Man, that’s a difficult sentense to write without making it sound dirty.

    Isin’t that Starfire? She and Dick are in completly different species – so whats the reason for those condoms? I doubt Starfire could get any sexual disease or get pregnant..

    She’s probably a carrier. You don’t have to suffer from it to transmit it.
