Getting really sick of Cameron being so judgemental and sitting on her pedestal. I cannot honestly see her having an actual caseload for her patients being fearful she'll report them to whatever ethics commitee she deems appropriate. Child abuse OK, HIV tracing OK. Sports medicine? It's just like Foreman says, "You don't even watch sports, why do you care?" I know its about principles but health practitioners have their own oaths to stand by just by choosing that career. Telling sports committees have NOTHING to do with medicine as well as risking patient confidentiality. I honestly think that that is probably why she had to work for House (and later bouncing in other areas not to spoil anything) that don't have a consistent case load, especially as she likes to judge quickly and react almost as quick.

By the way, probably to save money on actors, but I'm really sick of the nurses (or lack thereof) in this TV show and the way they are portrayed. Same thing was happening in Grey's Anatomy and it caused an in-story strike. I know its all about House and nurses represent the caring side he lacks but Cameron shouldn't be the only one being 'ethical' especially when she does it so badly. Nurses have the right to shove it in a doctor's face if they feel what they're doing is wrong (especially as they are just as culpable if something goes wrong).

Yes, the edrophonium test for MG is administered IV and not IM.
That was a wrong technique House used...

Thomas Fine- i think in one of the other episodes House was using a hyperbaric chamber to simulate a low oxygen environment so e could grow thicker and extra blood cells so he could go climb a mountain faster when he went on holiday, so by that logic they can be used for either high pressure or low pressure, does anyone know anything to counter this?

One nit--the edrophonium test for MG is administered IV, not IM as shown in the episode.

"This is why I created nurses." That one really cracked me up. They do have a great writing team for this show.

I love Cuddy's expression right after House says "assuming I'm more ethical than your patient."

Just one thing that I noticed was when they passed around the ideas of ALS and so on and Foreman dismisses it as "He's too young for that". I was not aware you could be too young for ALS. Now if I've got my facts right, Jason Becker was diagnosed with ALS when he was about 21 years old and given three years to live back in 1990/91. Seems the doctors were wrong about that and he's still alive but as far as I can tell, it means Foreman claiming he was too young for ALS is completely inaccurate.

So not only was he wrong about muscular dystrophy but also about ALS? That doesn't say "great doctor" to me.

(Do correct me if I'm wrong)
